BIOGRAPHY

If men weren’t beasts craving for power and supremacy… if
men were different from what they are becoming now, if modern events were
different, maybe DELIRIUM X TREMENS would never have
existed.
Born in 1998, the band finds the stable line up in 2003. During this year
DXT release the mini-cd CyberHuman, which is recorded
and mixed at the Majestic Studio of Scorzè (Venezia/Italy) with
the support of the producer Marino De Angeli. The sound is based on the
death metal mid-time, with a special care to the modern sound; the various
lyrics are focused on a particular concept, which concerns science and
the annihilation of the human will.
After the album release, DXT start with an intense live activity, which
enable them to share the stage with bands like NECRODEATH,
BELPHEGOR, ANCIENT, HYPNOS,
GRAVEWORM, NOVEMBRE, ENSOPH
and THE VISION BLEAK.
In March 2006 the Mexican label Asenath Records (www.asenathrecords.com)
reprints the mini-cd of the band and spreads it all over Central America,
allowing DXT to increase the number of their own fans also abroad.
During summer 2005 the band produces its first full length album, CreHated
From No_Thing: it is the natural evolution of CyberHuman, with
increased speed of the performances and rhythmical violence, which renders
the atmosphere of the whole work even more oppressive and obsessive.
Melodic lines are developed in order to give a malignant and sulphuric
aura to the record, which can morbidly combine with the main themes of
the lyrics.
This time hate is spread and made real in the deformed and sick personality
of a scientist obsessed by the secret of eternal life and the annihilation
of human will.
In 2007 the album is published by the Italian label Punishment
18 Records (www.punishment18records.com).
It immediately gets great results by both critics and fans.
It also enables the band to share the stage with famous groups like BELPHEGOR,
THE HAUNTED, MASSACRE and HACKNEYED.
In 2008 Delirium X Tremens start with the production of their next full
length album which will show us the huge change in their image while developing
some themes linked to their mountains and the cultural roots of the band
itself.
They also participate with the song Black Magic in the
compilation “A Tribute To Slayer 25 Years”,
edited by the Russian fan club of the American band.
During this period DXT obtain important approvals, which grant them some
prestigious endorsement contracts with SPECTOR BASS,
MEINL CYMBALS, VATER, EVANS
and D’ADDARIO.
